Due to his concussion injuries, Dolphins were trying their best for him to avoid heavy contact throughout the season to stay healthy & in order for that to happen he wasn’t allowed to run the ball. Anyone that has followed Tua knows he can run the ball & be mobile. It’s all just a plan for him to get back to his best, takes time with the injuries he’s suffered.
