He never ran around on his wife, he loved his children, and those grandchildren so much! Oklahoma was home for Toby Keith, because he was born and raised there. My daughter was born in Oklahoma, all the people were so sweet there, when I lived there over 6 years. Toby was such a proud American, after 9/11 he went to perform, and hung out with all the Military, that had to go fight in those wars. He didn’t charge them one penny the 19 times he went. I was a huge Heather Locklear fan also, I thought she was so beautiful, even in that video, he showed he was a real gentleman, not trying to get a women in the bed. You really couldn’t help but love and respect him so much. When my daughter told me, he had passed at first I didn’t want to believe her, because there has been so many death hoax lately. She said momma, it’s really true, I just saw where his family put it on Social Media! I really just busted out crying, and my heart is still so broken. I had lost my oldest sister 9 years ago at only 62, with cancer, the very year after we lost our mother. Cancer always seems to hit way to close to home. I was hoping and praying Toby would make it through all of that, but he fought like crazy for his life, and still done 3 shows in Vegas, for all of his fans in December of 2023, and he sang all of his songs in those 3 nights back to back shows. He had made peace with everything, he wasn’t mad or upset at all. He said he got to live a great life, and had the very best family. Toby Keith was raised right. He met Tricia, when they were both teens, he had graduated and was working in the oil rigs in Oklahoma, had a band he had put together, and they sang at many places on the weekends in Oklahoma. Tricia was a secretary at his Job at the oil rig. They dated 3 years, then got married, and Toby adopted her little daughter, she had, when she met Toby. He raised her as his own child, and was just as crazy over her as he was his 2 biological children. He really was a Hero to so many of us. So very nice to meet someone from Canada.
