I have been watching you since the olympics, and i have to say, you have greatly inspired me in my training. I now know how i want to train, and i have you to thank for that! I have also been loving your content, so keep it up!! personally, i would be interested in a video (or a few) on how you train certain climbing skills (footwork, balance, precision, core tension, flash attempts, endurance, etc. (maybe skincare routine???)), and i feel like this would help lots of climbers get over some plateaus that they are stuck on. Love the content man, you are going somewhere big, i can feel it!!

HeyToby, I couldn't help but notice your biceps on the right arm has a similar shape to my dad's biceps, which he hurt while forcing it too much, and had it fixed in surgery.
