Fact: Ticci Toby's creator actually was going to make a whole series for Toby, however due to how toxic the creepypasta fandom is they decided against, leaving Toby as he is. Also I read somewhere stories with proxies shouldn't ever be cannon but due to how amazingly Toby's story was written that's how everyone sees him. the fandom legit scared away such a talented person smh Edit: I made this comment 3 years ago when i was like 13, I've been informed Kastoway is not a good creator, but I do stand by the fact I think Toby should have more lore and stories. Just none at the hands of the same creator and maybe someone who can handle the heavy topic of mental illness better. But quite frankly I don't see that being possible at all. whenever i went through my creepypasta phase when i was like 10, i’ll admit i was a fan girl for ticci toby, thinking that he was some sort of cute and friendly guy that likes waffles and is very childish; when in reality, he’s a serial killer and very broken. looking back, reminiscing, i’m realizing it, and i actually feel bad for him and listening to his story again made me realize and look at it from my older perspective. y’all ik the creator, took him away from cp, but i am reminiscing and i low key miss the fandom when times were simpler, minus the whole crazy fan girls. plus this song always went hard tbh 💀 but yes looking at it when you’re older is definitely different and i honestly like the nostalgia. ticci toby has always been my favorite cp, even though he’s not part of it anymore.

I kind of kin Toby. I read about his story when I first started developing tics and my schizophrenia was really acting up and I had super homicidal and suicidal thoughts. I thought no one could understand or realize. Then I read Toby's story and I finally realized other people have the same issues. I just never went on a murder spree, but the homicidal thoughts have gotten quieter which I'm so thankful for. I hate having to live like this, to think like this. So far no meds have helped but wish me luck!

This song is working at my sister's rental house to get it fixed up and looking nice. It's spending days working with cold mornings and warm afternoons. It's waking up early and not minding. It's paint stained army pants and having to borrow a jacket because I forgot mine. It's having a celebratory root beer for me and a regular beer for her after a days hard work. It's painting cabinets and taking nails out of floor trim. It's wet shoes from walking in the dewy grass. It's the smell of paint, glue, and the outside air. It's quick breakfasts and lunches brought to us from Jacks or Wendy's. It's long days where I actually felt useful. It's bees flying around my head and scaring the life out of me while I try to keep the ladder steady for her. This song evokes such a visceral feeling for me, and it's all because I got it stuck in my head for a few days. A few amazing days that I will be able to relive forever.
