I have lived in Toccoa my whole life (34 years) and I don't visit this waterfall often enough. Going to take the kids this week after seeing this video. 🥰

That's incredible! There's an old story that you may explore while up there. This is one of the only waterfalls we have been to that does require a small fee to get in- but the views beautiful! We sat and put our feet in and crossed the ledges. They don't allow you to get in unfortunately.

This is one waterfall in North Georgia we haven't seen yet hopefully we'll get a chance to go check it out this year! Seen so many beautiful pictures and videos. Crazy house just a few hundred steps out of that visitor center! I think that's why I keep putting it off because we enjoy doing hikes to waterfalls but if I'm ever in that area I'll definitely check it out!

We visited when we were doing tallulah gorge....its the only waterfall we have visited that we have had to pay to visit and then couldn't actually get in. It's definitely different but absolutely stunning. Tons of bistory surrounding the waterfall & flooding of the college. Our favorite though (because we could get in) is cloudland canyon.

Yay! This is my alma mater, I complete a Bachelor's (Music--mid-80's) there before completing advanced degrees at UGA in Athens. It was a beautiful place to live for 3 years. There was a flood there in 1977 that took a lot of lives, you should read about it. I love seeing your girls growing up (I've followed you since the COVID began.) You can also go up and see the water from the top--cool hiking not many know about. Thanks for sharing, great video! =

We love these falls! You are correct it is so easy to get to especially for those who may have physical challenges. There is also a small but very interesting military museum in town. Great video! We’ll be up there in 2 weeks! 😊~Cara

Yes! They have bathrooms to the right when you enter (before going into the giftshop/entrance). Hope that photos turn out great for you!
