Most aftermarket exhaust systems and slip ons have a disclaimer that states for "race use" only. Unfortunately this is one of them. But I am unsure of your location and if it could potentially be a problem, we have never had an encounter with law enforcement of any kind for my aftermarket exhaust systems.
