I haven’t had this in over 35 years. Most restaurants usually only carry flan, natilla, Buñuelos or Arroz con Leche. And they’re usually not that good. But then no one cooks like our moms or grandmas. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

For the caramel I used 1 cup of sugar & 1 cup water. For the syrup I also used 1 cup sugar & 1 cup of water. So in total I used 2 cups of sugar & 2 cups of water.
