Strangely enough, in Osean elections the President is the winner candidate while the Vice-president is the second most voted candidate. This definitely results in internal instability

@@joaofrizzera7798 I'd like to point out that this is how the first Vice Presidents were elected in the US. Because the VP hold very little power normally, it worked reasonably well
