Excellent! Thank you. Many people have trouble with the details of tree measurement, but this video makes it simple. Perhaps a word is in order, explaining that your D tape is not a conventional measuring tape, etc.

how do you get the sqft by measuring the diameter of the tree.

pi times the square of half the diameter(in inches), divided by 144.
