★Water yokan
1/2 cube agar
Water 320cc
Sugar 40g
Koshian 300g
A pinch of salt
◎Rinse the agar cubes with water.
Put agar and water in a bowl
Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight.
Discard the soaking water and add new water to the pot.
Turn on the fire and melt the agar.
To check if there is any agar left
Filter it.
Add the red bean paste, sugar, and salt and stir while stirring.
Mix.
Once everything is melted and mixed, let it cool.
Pour into mold.
The temperature at this time was around 50℃.
・Koshian contains sugar.
Since I use it, I use less sugar.
