I think the reason why Karl and Lisa worked is because Lisa could follow up and be goofy as well, but Karl without anyone to play off of is horrible. It wasn't entirely Lisa carrying the show, but Karl couldn't do it alone either.

I agree. Those two needed each other. Since they split they've had their fair share of scandals--Lisa especially--and it's a sad way to see two (previously) likeable people go. They balanced each other out, sort of like twins.

Yeah.. I agree.. 😔 Stevie Jacobs had enough, as the Weather Guy, travel from City to City, while he had very young children. He put his family first 👍 Lisa believed she put 💯 into delivering Today Show each day as Karl.. unfortunately her contract was not met. Georgie moved to News Deb is still often seen, and fills in. Dickie (Richard) is still with the Network, and same Program, but covers a Weekend Program. (Dickie only now covers a Saturday and Sunday Show). 😊🌼 More laughs to come.. 😅😅😅 Message me... 😅 A Kiwi,... Living in OZ!! Have tried and done reverse.. Married a Kiwi Guy.
