‘Bring It On’ Stars Talk Films Success 15 Years Later | TODAY

As TODAY and Entertainment Weekly continue a week of cast reunions, Billy Bush of “Access Hollywood” catches up with the stars of “Bring It On,” the film about cheerleading that became a sleeper hit 15 years ago. Kirsten Dunst says she’s still surprised that the film earned more than $90 million: “I think they were expecting some Arnold Schwarzenegger movie to be number one.”

Thank you dearly for posting this as I didn’t know who she was. After some searching I just found out she played my favourite character in the film, next to Missy, despite her few appearances. She always reminded me of Lisa Lopes from TLC. Eerily I just found out that she was a writer for TLC, discovered by Lisa, and also died in a car related accident just as Lisa did and was only a year older than Lisa when she died! That is some sad scary stuff. 🤯😭

The cast did so amazing on a movie about our dance days. Couldn’t be more proud of them all. Glad it’s now a beloved classic all dancers and cheerleaders love and watch for inspiration.
