I love this man! So many good memories in the day, in the Carolinas listening to Hootie and the Blowfish. He proved himself as an accomplished country artist as well. One of the best voices ever. Did I say I love Darius?

_Have to tell you when 'Only Wanna Be With You' video comes on, I still get the goosebumps. I'm so proud to say that I was in fact part of the Columbia, SC scene when Hootie and the Blowfish were just a college band. Fast forward 2023, and I still listen to the band's albums(and every single one of Darius Rucker's country albums). Great interview._

Hey Darius, last night I watched you on Undercover Boss and I might say you were incredible. Your disguise was perfect but most of all you are one magnificent human being, seeing you helping complete strangers, giving them direction and new guitars but most of all a new start in their lives was totally heartwarming. I wish that his mother could have lived to see his success! Darius is just phenomenal! He is a black man who has done so much in country music. He proved all the naysayers wrong. What angers me is how EBONY MAGAZINE (a black publication) has not put him on the cover. He deserves to be there with all his accomplishments. Darius is so humble and modest. Kudos to him always!
