Iowangal Smith I think it’s highly probable that they will have kids who look alike. Identical twins have the same genetics because they split from the same egg. So, children of identical twins are genetically half siblings with their cousins. For two sets of identical twins to have kids together means that their kids will genetically be full siblings. I believe that they’re definitely going to look alike.

Well sorta. Double First cousins is when two siblings marry set of siblings from another family. but when you add to the mixture they are all twins I don't know if that applies because their DNA would be almost 99.99% exactly the same.

jydeinden that website spelt fertilized with an “s” so I would say the site is not credible. Not saying others that are telling you that the DNA is different aren’t credible. Identical twins genetic profiles are almost identical. I still think that’s weird that I would share and almost Identical Genetic profile with my cousin. I don’t know about you though. When I lived in Moscow, Idaho, more than ten years ago, there were were two sets of twins who had married each other. I never really knew them, although I saw them downtown from time to time, but I was told they all lived together in the same house. I have no idea if either couple had kids.

Rebecca Rich Not really. I know about 13 sets of identical twins and 1 set of identical triplets. If you are around them long enough( a few minutes, a hour, or a couple of days) you can tell a difference? I have noticed identicals usual have sight physical differences. They also typically have different personalities though it may be somewhat similar.

If both couples have kids then they would pretty much look all the same, because you are copying 2 of the same genetic profiles. Their children would be closer in relation to siblings then cousins. According to some sources if they were all to have kids they would be closer to half siblings then cousins.
