This is just a new beginning , there is rarely the perfect ending but I think this has a better chance than many . Whatever , keeping the siblings together gives it a much better chance . And yes , better to have a mom there but I was brought up in absolute ignorance of my other four siblings and that was not good but my mom did a very good job so as I said perfect families are rare and perhaps a bit boring !! I am a Christian and when I see stories like this I can't understand how some see this wrong. Our Lord teaches us to have compassion, and love. And what I see here is nothing but love. There’s 10, 15, 17 years old stuck in the system for years, pleading to be adopted because they don’t want to end up alone in the world without support. The govt throws them to the wolves w/o support, so some places start GoFundMe pages to give them money when they’re 18. It’s tragic. The richest country in earth.

Seth, It's comical when someone quotes from the Old Testament and doesn't know what he is talking about.. These and other prohibitions were designed to forbid the Israelites to engage in fertility cult practices of the Canaanites. The Canaanites believed in sympathetic magic. But you would have to actually have read and understood the Bible to know this. The Old Testament has scripture denouncing homosexuality. But, more importantly the New Testament where Christ walks the earth washed away many of the old scripture. For example the Canaanites vanished as a people and with it the sin. Clear? . What is important is that the Bible, both the old and New testament speaks directly about homosexuality being both a sin an an "abomination to God." Do I think it's good for kids to be brought up by two men, homosexual or not? NO! One man one woman is the plan and statistics show it works out best for the children in the long run. As such, We HEAL The Children, Who In Turn, become Healthy & HAPPY Adults, Who Don’t Commit Crimes, But Instead.... Have Healthy & HAPPY Relationships, that Produce (whether by Staying in the COMMUNITY and Adopting) Healthy & HAPPY CHILDREN, Who THEN Continue that Healthy & HAPPY Cycle!!! What do you think?

@@thecelticcrone7927 Thats a very interesting concept. Most of these components are suppose to be what fostering is suppose to do. As for the farm, there are studies that link children or people with developmental disabilities doing well with animals. Of course not everyone can work with animals. Some children are very harmful towards animals and some might be very afraid. I think it would be an amazing middle ground for when children are not placed with foster parents and are or are hard to place children. I think its a nice idea but of course there is so much to cover and I feel you may have thought those through but if you havent there is alot to work with. I am actually a child trauma therapist and many of the children I work with are affected by DV(domestic violence). This would also only work in some states as not all states can provide children to farm due to lack of land in those particular states. You have my support! I hope it all goes well for you! But I must say: Jesus himself NEVER juged and NEVER put somebody aside. He was the first one to forgive and love the biggest sinner... And what these two men do for these children, that is what Jesus would have: love them and give them a stable home. I'm struggeling to accept it too, but I must say, they did their best for these children - better as all the ones who criticise and do nothing - and I really respect them for that! Emotional 😭. My partner and i in November we will celebrate 🎉 35 years together. Now I’m 61 my beautiful beloved Partner is 60 years old. We’re to old to adoption.
