Me, my dad, and nephew stayed there in one of the rental RV's. It was very nice with a huge deck overlooking the White River

I've always wondered about the rental RVs. I'm curious to hear about your experience with them if you don't mind sharing. The park is absolutely beautiful and I'm thankful that people have options on where to stay!

Great job on the video. We enjoyed watching! We’ve camped at BS-WR SP more times than we can count. We’ll be camping there again next month. My dad’s family lived up river at Oakland, Arkansas, in the 1920’s-1930’s before Bull Shoals Lake was formed. Though we love our home state of Texas, Arkansas state parks are the absolute best!

The very last sight along the river is for small campers (like a pop-up) or tent. It is on the river, large, and only one side has a neighbor. Excellent site!

Thank you so much. It will indeed be nice as the collection grows...even for our own use. It is easy for us to forget about certain features, or get one campground confused with another. We have already used the videos to refresh our memory before heading back to a place we visited. We appreciate the comments! :)

hello from the Ozarks!! you guys give fine detail useful information! how did your rv handle the hills in that area? I agree fall and spring is the best time to visit a state park and winter in Arkansas.
@TodayisanAdventureDay4 жыл бұрын
Our truck handled the hills just fine pulling our RV. Our previous truck, an F250 gas, would have likely struggled. Our new truck is a Ford F350 diesel and it is working out fantastic! Here is a video we did on selecting our truck. I Bought The Wrong Truck! // F250 Gas vs. F350 Diesel [EP 15] kzbin.info/www/bejne/Zp_ToI2hgrOJr7M

Great job,very helpful.Are you afraid that your pipes well freeze.
@TodayisanAdventureDay3 жыл бұрын
Thank you, Jackie. We have been fortunate that when we camped in November it has not been bitterly cold. If the weather was going to be below freezing, we would likely invest in a heated hose to prevent our line from freezing. Our tanks do have tank heaters, so we should be fine there. Safe travels and happy camping!

Thanks for the video. Something to add might be what the roads are like approaching the park. Hairpin turns, interstate, 2 lane highway?
