I decided to only read one fiction book at a time and the other books are poetry or non fiction or biography.

Im coming back to your channel after 2018. It was pretty bad back then, thought I'd have to spend the rest of my days in Hell. Your videos helped me quite a bit back then, especially during my isolation periods. Im happy to say I am much happier and doing okay now. Going off meds, being healthier mentally and physically was hard, but Im getting better each day

I’m glad to hear that. I hope the following days will be only better for you

hey Amanda, just wanted to give you a suggestion on a mental health video idea. Maybe you could talk about possible general side affects of the medication u are on. Then expand into personal experiences? (if you have any)

That’s an idea, I’ll consider it. I know I already did a side affects video on medications I’ve taken, so there’s that also

Is it possible to get to a point when you won't need medication anymore? That mathematician from the movie A Beautiful Mind had it and figured out a way to live with it without needing medication I think...

That I know of, I’ll have to stay on medication for the rest of my life. There is no cure thus far.

@@amateuraries I don't think he actually cured it though, he just kind of learned to ignore it. I think at that time medication was too heavy too.
