No, but I have a close relationship with all my subcontractors. I know that has to have happened before.

Wow they poured the gravel? Interesting about the second layer of mesh. I put about 10 feet of French drain -corrugated and covered--but it filled with silt over about 10 years. I did it again-the same way. If I stay here long enough, I’ll need to do it again but it is to help drain water away from a low spot in my driveway (thankfully). Not near my house.

Good question, all of the windows will be in the framing that will go on top of the cement. We didn't want any basement windows facing the front porch area.
