Love the 'Journaling wins'/Glass of Chips bit. David Goggins calls it The Cookie Jar. Such a powerful concept that feels negligible. The more I listen to Todd, the more I see that he's the real deal; because Goggins' book and process echo so much of what Todd is saying. Also, thanks for confirming my suspicion about Sinek. 😆
