Is it just me or has Todd's character really appeared to grow up and mature a lot in the last few eps? Not only does RH look older but he seems to be playing Todd with a whole lot more confidence. My God, in certain parts he even sounds like a cop himself. Even the way he talks about the rapes with Marty and Alice, it's no longer in a condescending way but in a way that says, "yes, I'm finally getting it, I did REAL bad". You can really see Todd's growth and it is portrayed brilliantly by RH.

​@@Justicia007marty was the town liar almost got andrew killed w/ her lies ruined cassie his wife's life & billy b/c she was rejected by Andrew so she heard billy tell andrew he was gay so marty met w/ billy parents & other socialite saying andrew seduced billy. The whole town got divided by homophobia.

Alice knows that Todd didn't attack her, but Marty, even though she was not there during Alice's attack, is spewing false allegations against Todd, to anyone that will listen to her. I can't stand Marty, she's unhinged, unbalanced, uninformed and obsessed with Todd Manning.

Also roger literally matured looks wise & acting wise from the todd of 93. That's only 1 years & hes only 24 here. Does a guy mature that much from 23 to 24 in looks?? When they show any flashbacks to the rape he looks totally different. I think he was heavier in 93. Not fat at all but I'd say 25 lbs heavier. That can make a huge diff. I know he has facial hair & much longer hair but his face was more " baby faced " in 93 & his features are sharper. It's so weird how much he changed in only a year. His voice changed too & the acting was emmy worthy but got way more naturalistic here.

He did mature but I don't really think he was 25 lb heavier. I always thought his face was rounder but that's typical when someone is young. His body was pretty lean even then

Love the theme of boy/girl who crued wold motif marty told huge lies b4 the rape that hurt people & why todd & co almost got quitted if nora didnt throw it now todd didnt do it he's susoect 1. Love the flawless writing about turning the tabled esp w/ todd & marty. A great scene is coming where marty is his alibi but tells him " how does it fell to be powerless where u can scream & nobody helps u how do u like ur creation todd ?" Gosh those 2 were brilliant as screen partners plus the writing music wardrobe sets flawless poor alice stuck in the middle.

Alice really liked todd a lot b4 the marty warned her off. She was cool. Even after marty told her she still asked todd out for lunch then sadly todd let marty get into his head saying " she just wants to see the monster up close " thats why they shouldnt have kept todd when he was pardoned in llainview. So marty bo hank noras blocking it made the governor try a compromise. He wanted to leave that town so many times. Also glad alice wanted her real attacker found not just pinning it on todd b/c marty wants it to be true.
