Looking back on these scenes I realize that a LARGE part of why I never cared for Cole is b/c I saw WAY too much of his father in him. I always felt weird that I didn't like Patrick b/c I knew I was supposed to see him as a "good" guy and a "hero" but I just never cared for him. If I'm remembering this correctly this was also around the time of Kelly and Blair's huge falling out. I had forgotten how close those two were back before the all the bad stuff happened :(

Don't feel bad yes patrick was supposed to be a hero but he was ruined completely turned into a self righteous asshole. I loved seeing marty finally snap . I would have dumped him . In fact I don't get why blair and marty fought over him. Some poor part time professor poet. He knocked up blair and dumped her than he became muh son

I'm SO GLAD MARTY finally told it like it is!!! Patrick chased after her obsessively for months and Marty finally leaves her husband for him, and this is her thanks??? And she STILL tried to be supportive!

i don't care for patrick, but i don't understand all the hate and these comments. he tried to do what was best for his son from day one and stood by blair when he could have just disowned brendan and stayed with marty and his life would have been much easier. it's not fair for him to keep stringing marty along the way he did but it's a terrible situation for everyone involved. including kdp. i always hate when real life pregnancies are incorporated into shows like this and then the actress has to play it like their child died. i wonder why the writers killed brendan...it would have led to more drama between the four characters had he stayed alive. but then again starr and cole would also have a brother in common lol.

Wow I love marty going off on patrick ! I hated putrid! Love this marty . This is very understandable thst marty blew up finally about this. Omg todd trying to be the voice of reason basically I hate Brendan too but it's ok coming from me you're a dr. I miss when viki was s very loving aunt to stsrr. She never apologized to starr after what wacko tess put her through & that was disheartening considering how much viki loved starr. But her bimbo daughters were all she cared about. I love jessica but hated natalie and tess was a bimbo . I loved bree and Erin but the tess thing made me annoyed with jess tess bess Wes

Funny todd was the only calm one . I think todd always held marty in high esteem when he said to her it's ok from him saying the baby's a mistake but coming from her it's scary I know he said bc she's a doctor but I think he really wanted to say bc she's better than that . If she's freaked over the baby than how could he except it.

Megan just had a transplant & was trying so hard to be nice to marty who was abusing her body so was hospitalized. She also spread horrible lies that andrew was gay & seducing the closeted gay billy douglas

I loved marty finally going off on patrick. I think had the baby lived marty would have been out of that deal she was bread winner too. Patrick was some stable boy & part time poetry teacher. The accudent caused the chikds death not a well in their odds surgery. Also starrs a dying toddler in serious pain her odds are so slim w/o a donor. Plus starr was planned & conceived in love. Patrick had a couple good times w/ a grieving blair ( marty was saying to him at that time " sooooon" so blair literally was someone he used while he was hot to trot for marty so now hes all puffed up & clearly been such a problem they keep asking him. Blairs carrying the baby has been & her childs life is hanging by a thread. Pateicks not marruwd or dating her so hes lucky blair even allows him so much input. Gosh todd lost his first unborn child & blair treated him like garbage. Here shes all about poor patrick. Any guy could have made brendan in 15 sec like go away ! Im just mad marty went right back sucking up to him prob b/c the baby was gone.
