Wow!!!! That was hard to count! it reminds me of Gavin Harrison. Great playing. Todd has this way of making the complicated seem so simple and elegant that I just don't see commonly.

WOW. This was so complex I could barely wrap my little brain around parts of it at first watch. But oh so beautiful a gorgeous symphony of percussion, you give us such yummy things to chew on Mr Sucherman, thank you!

What a beautiful rendition of this wonderful tune! Jerry Goodman's two studio albums (and the live one) from the 80s have been among my favorites of all time, so it's great to know that they still get some love. And what a luxury to have Jerry himself re-arranging this track for you. I love how you orchestrate with the ascending toms in the "bridge" section; very different flavor from both the studio and live versions. Fantastic and inspiring work all around, as always. Thank you for sharing this!

My god so inspiring watching you play, I can hardly make it thru a video without pausing and stepping over to my kit. The licks you use are so appropriate and feel fantastic, great performance

Man ! That one part where you hit that drum with the white top on it then hit those smaller drums with clear tops is so cool !

Great dynamics and vibes as always😊))) Why did you tape your fingers? Is it for grip, for cymbal choke? Why not gloves?

I wish i could get that wonderful tone out of my toms. DW collectors series and even though they sound good they dont have the tone of those pearls

Probably has more to do with your lack of ability tuning a drum. You spend countless hours practicing to be a better player, but how often do you practice tuning a drumkit? I'm guessing not that often.

@the6ig6adwolf I can tune drums pretty proficiently. Being a session player you have to know how to tune your kit or you get no calls for work. I have a gretsch kit that just sings and it's my main recording kit. There's just something about those DWs that are different than other kits I've had that I can't get dialed in how I would like. I've tried various head combos and just can't quite get there.
