I bought one that is identical to that bike at the thrift for $5. My daughter loves it, super light and does the job

You mean not fully straight? Or like you can’t touch your heel to your butt? My hamstring was giving me trouble for a long time. You have to do a lot of stretches. The two stretches that helped me most was an elevated single leg hamstring stretch and behind the back quad stretch. Also changing my walking form so my feet and toes point straight instead of outward. This made a huge difference during my second surgery in terms of knee comfort.

Am unable to get 100% knee bending , I mean heel touching butt... And it's almost 90% bt from that it's getting too difficult for me to get there like normal leg... It's been 2 months going Gym and almost both Thigh are seems equal not bt the main thing is that heel is not getting there...

Honestly I feel like it takes about 2 years for all the little aches and pains to go away and the knee to feel completely normal again. Yes definitely still stiffness during the first year when standing for a long time.
