How the hell you have no pain??? I just got out of surgery a few hours ago and any movement is excruciating pain!! Like 10/10 I cry when using crutches I don’t. Even have to put weight on it for jt to hurt..

I had my ACL replacement, and both meniscus repaired, i'm still in the brace, and it's week 7. I wish i was as far as you are. I had the worst 3 weeks of my life those first 3 weeks post op. Because my meniscus tears were so bad, my PT will be nearly a year. My PT said if it was just my ACL, I would be brace free by week 4. I still can't drive, and i just got off my last crutch 5 days ago. I can only bend 110 degrees, so that blows, too. You seem very active before your injury, like I am. So im perplexed as to why my recovery is so dang slow.

Was getting ready to put one in my garage. Do you think the vinyl was really necessary on the walls? I thought about putting the tub in the center of the garage so I didn't have to protect the walls (I'm lazy). Also, did you have any issues with moisture on the ceiling?

I'm curious. Now that it has been several years since you posted this, are you doing anything different? Also, you mention they live about 2 years but everything that I have read says they can live 4+ years. Have any of yours lived that long?

Thanks for this video years later it helps. I was told to keep my Immobilizer in place until my follow up in 2 weeks. Just to unlock it when I sit up in bed or in a chair.

Just had my ACL Reconstruction Surgery yesterday. Because of the nerve blocker I was good pretty much still numb. Just a little pain when coming up the steps & getting up to use the bathroom. Around 9:30 the numbness started wearing off. Now the pain is in full force. I’m taking Tylenol & the Oxycodone I feel like nothing is working it just put me to sleep. Tried to start the home exercise but really is unable will try again tomorrow.

You may not think so but this just screams dangerous and somewhat irresponsible, no helmets, you didn't have a PFD. What could either of the adults do in a rescue scenario with a little one in both of your boats, very little thats for sure, you would either put your little one in harms way whilst trying to help the other or wast precious time transferring your little one into the Mrs boat. Yes those boats are quite stable but with children anything can happen. There were times when a little one was a fair distance away, that shouldn't happen. I didn't see any safety gear either, no throw line, safety knife etc and I hope your 1st aid kit was hidden from view. Please rethink this for next time.

they recommend reaching out to the bases and personnel to "sell" yourself. my son has been trying to reach anyone within the bases but no contact emails are available. is there a way he can email to sell himself?

Today it's my 3rd day after acl+meniscus surgery in my left knee. It's so hard to move the leg. The doctor said i have to straigth the leg to 0° until a week.
