Camila Merlos-Rodriguez the point is they either get the point that the behavior won’t provoke the response they usually get back or they tire themselves and realized next time it’s too exhausting and it’s pointless to do so they might as well just go to sleep.

LOL And it just feels.... go good when they finally cave and you see their little lightbulb go off! You can see them realize and look at you, and look at what they’re doing and they think “wow okay that doesn’t work...”

All my kids from 1.5 years have slept in thier own room in thier own bed I never had any issues for bedtime at all. They always remain in thier bed and the middle is 5.5 years and youngest is 3.5 years and my oldest is 8.5 years and two sleep in same room seprate beds and my oldest has his own room. Even if they not feeling well they get medication when temp comes down straight back into thier Own bed. As parents it’s very easy to give in but in the long run that is much harder habit to break. Every person needs thier breaks and spaces.
