Toddler Near Drowning : AFR EMS Case Studies

In this case study we discuss a scary situation where crews responded to a call for a toddler who drowned. After heroic efforts from civilians and firefighters, the patient became stable and was transported to the hospital. We discuss the dangers of near drownings due to pool chemicals and the lungs reaction to those chemicals.
