Toddler's FIRST Boat Ride (Best Father's Day Idea?)

Emmie's first time getting out on the lake with us was exactly what we hoped for, she absolutely LOVED it! It's Father's Day weekend and Steph cooks fresh blackened Crappie with cheesy grits.
Blackened Recipe:
-2-3 tbsp butter for the iron skillet
-1-2 tbsp paprika
-1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp pepper
-1/2 tsp cumin
-1/4 tsp oregano
-dash brown sugar
1. Lightly coat both sides of the fish with the blackened spices (use your hands, don't dredge the fish through the spices).
2. Once the butter is melted and begins to brown slightly on the iron skillet over medium/high heat, cook each side 5-10 minutes until fully cooked.
