(If they made another rugrats movie about Phil and lil and we meet the voice actors) Will arnett-i had been voice a lot of characters for so long and this is the first time I play a hand drawn character named Richard deville who’s the brother of the house husband Howard and the uncle of the twins Phil and lil (Arnett in the booth voice)Howard let’s cut to the chase what do you say about being my partner just to make a big impression (Rudolph in the booth voice) I gotta say I’m impressive of your tactics howie and your kids they’re just Devine Maya Rudolph-I play Bella deville the wife of Richard the mother of one son name Walter the sister in law of Howard and the aunt of Phil and lil she is a kind soul and lovable to her only son and the rest of the kids she’s like the whole package Jace Norman-my character is Walter devile a son who’s related to millionaires and baby twins Walter is a kid who is like 14 and likes to do a lot of dance moves he does a lot of flips and parkour he’s so flexible and the brat Angelica pickles has a crush on him (Norman in the voice booth)-that’s great that you love the babies I don’t favor kids who treat the babies like dirt or yell at them or call them names (Odenkirk in the voice booth)-well better snap to it to come up with ideas devile and that goes double for your brother if we’re gonna be talking about money Bob odenkirk-I have been playing Saul Goodman in breaking bad for so long but this is the first time to play a greedy evil boss man in an hand drawn animation movie Evan greensburg is the boss at a big company that Richard works at and the devile twins see him at a bad influence (Frances conroy in the voice booth)-honey I’m sorry if I kept you in the dark about it for so long I just didn’t want you to be at fault here Narrator-the story begins with Howard devile knowing about the truth that he should’ve known about for so long time about him having a big brother and Phil and lil having an uncle and will stop at nothing to help their dad
