"They ran out of spuds and everyone was ragin' " has to be the funniest line in the series😂

You def have to watch the whole series, it's hilarious, every character n their interactions with the rest are funny af. I have a few favorites like Orla n uncle Colm but the back n forth between Gerry n grandpa Joe or Orla's mom (aunt Sarah) is very funny as well. At first it is a bit difficult to understand some of the words or phrases but you get used to it, by the end of season 3 you'll wish the series would've continued. Loved it

I can remember watching this when it was first on TV with my wife who's from Derry.We got together at University nearly 30 years ago and we are now married where have the years gone!!. I regularly visit Derry with her and I proposed on the walls as the guildhall clock chimed in the background close to a quarter of a century ago!Derry is also the home of the Undertones who recorded teenage kicks a record that John Peel played on the radio two times in the same show

I love Erin’s facial expressions and Orla doesn’t say much, and to be honest I have to play it back to catch what she’s says sometimes. Also, Orla’s expressions are great. Her loving Jenny and her girls musical performances when everyone else is tortured or listening intently to Colm’s extremely boring stories.

ok. I was wrong my apology. lol. The final season is already out. Yet after googlages, I found that what I was wrong about was when it was actually filmed. So the final season was already planned to be filmed in 2019, but got delayed because of the plandemic and illegal tyrannical lockdowns and stuff. So it was finally filmed starting October 2021 and into early 2022. And now it has aired and is out.

I was born in Scotland but I am Scots-Irish. The language and slang is very commonly used by Scots in the west of Scotland and cultures are intertwined. The troubles that happened in Northern Ireland were mirrored in Glasgow, Scotland and still go on today and that is why we have the football teams Celtic Football Club and Rangers Football Club. Bigotry and sectarianism is alive and well in Glasgow, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

aww that’s sad to hear I thought it was over and that they respect each other now and I also thought that the human right to religious freedom was/is guaranteed by law in the UK and Scotland and Ireland and Northern Ireland? But again I’m American and am not informed about the local political things happening over there.

@@nozrep ìts not that bad, I am from Ayrshire outside Glasgow there will will always be a love hate between Rangers and Celtic, 99%of both catholic and protestants get on well together, there is just that small percent that go purposely looking fro trouble. Just never go to Glasgow on and old firm day (Rangers/Celtic football game)😂🏴🏴
@nozrep2 жыл бұрын
@@joyceflowershed ah yes, thank you for the clarification. I did not understand the old firm joke, as I am also not informed on soccer sports happenings or rivalries. But you put the emoji so I sort of figured it out and now I shall go on to research what Old Firm Day is for y’all football fans over there. I have watched the Green Street Hooligans movie a long long time ago, which was a great movie if my memory is serving me correctly. I don’t know if it was absolutely accurate about the whole football hooligan scene in UK but it was a cool movie in my opinion. And it had that Lord of the Rings guy in it and I like him as an actor.
@evelynwilson1566 Жыл бұрын
@@nozrep the Celtic/Rangers issues were not really about football hooliganism, it's sectarian . Rangers were originally a protestant team, Celtic were Catholic. I would agree with joyceflowerhead though, it's really not bad, especially outside of Glasgow. Basically, it's a small minority giving the rest of us a bad name.

a new season is up and airing in UK. which kinda sucks for me cause i can't watch it and there are tons of spoilers on youtube. and i gotta wait until it drops on netflix. it's probably one of my favorite shows on netflix. and probably top 5 shows of all time for me. the writing, acting, and 90s feel are just superb. i love seeing people react and comment on the series but there aren't a whole lot. so i'm glad when i stumble across a video like this one.

You’re reacting to video clips that have skipped all the set up to the jokes, so a lot of it doesn’t make sense. You need to react to full episodes to understand what’s going on. I promise you that the full episodes are well worth the time investment, some of the funniest comedy I’ve seen.
