It's the other way around. Karamatsu's voice is naturally low, but when he was younger and more insecure his voice ended up sounding more high-pitched at times. He also sounds like that when he's confused (same thing that happens to any other human being when they're confused). Totty's voice is naturally high, but he has so much rage inside that he ends up going into his lowest possible range at times. I love Todomatsu so much 🤣

Karamatsu may be my favorite but Totty is definitely the one who makes me laugh the hardest. I didn't know Irino was actually really talented and funny until Osomatsu-san... In fact, in the last drama CD he does all sorts of amazing and hilarious voices. To think he's the youngest of the cast!

@@miyako1909 I didn't know he was a child actor! That might explain a lot. The way he acts as a seiyuu reminds me of Kurosawa Tomoko and vice versa. It's so effortlessly natural. I guess that's the kind of voice-acting skill that Nozawa Masako thinks has been missing from the anime industry for the most part (a skill that comes from being an actual actor before becoming a seiyuu).
