Vic Beasley, Raymond Preister, Tee Higgins who matched Watkins and Hopkins and is the only receiver in Clemson history to pull in double digit TD catches in consecutive seasons. Gains Adams. Justin Miller.

Had Spiller played with the talent Clemson had from 2015-2019 he would have broken every CFB record that exists. I would rank them like this: 1. Watson 2. Lawerence 3. Etienne 4. Watkins 5. Spiller 6. Boyd 7. Hopkins 8. Wilkins 9. Perry 10. Kirkland

Great list but I watching ETN and Spiller I honestly don’t even find it close. I find Spiller to be the far superior RB

Clemson will never see another Deshaun Watson. Even on his bad games he had massive stat lines. He also always rose to competition.

Yeah deshaun was ten times the best quarterback over lawrence but aye your talking about the best two qb to come from the same high school in georgia. But a very close type of quarterback that didn't get the right amount of respect was kelly bryant he was 12-2 his only starting season with clemson not bad for a backup for watson

This list is great but it's really best since Dabo took over...any all-time list without Jeff Davis, Terry Kinard and Steve Fuller at least being mentioned is not accurate.
@glennnicholson25453 жыл бұрын
I agree, Ricky, you can't have a Clemsonn all time great list without Fuller, Kinard, and Davis. I would also add Micheal Perry, Jerry "the catch" Butler, and Dwight Clark.

Fuller was great...2 time ACC player of the year....and like 5th in the Heisman....

Not to mention Renfrow was the only player on the roster to have been with Clemson since the early 1910’s 😂 and not just his numbers/stats, simply what Renfrow meant to Clemson and what he was able to achieve while he was there is amazing. We will never have another player quite like Hunter aka Mr. 3rd Down aka 3rd and Renfrow! ❤ 🟠🟣🐅

I got Lawrence and Watson 1a and 1b...in no particular order...I think Lavar Arrington should be number 11 at least as well... Love some Tiger's!

This list was exactly right, deshuan definitely is the number 1, deshuan tore his acl, and the next season I’m he came back even better than before. And then his last season be shocked the world proving everybody wrong. I think the 2016 Clemson tigers was probably the best college team in history, this team was stacked, Clemson overcame Alabama, Alabama was another really good team that year, and Clemson still beat them

In my opinion, I would swap Watson and Lawrence. Of course, we're all aware that Trevor was a better prospect; plus, Watson threw far too many interceptions at Clemson. I gotta give it to Trevor.
@Liquidsteel33 жыл бұрын
Trevor had a better team than Watson. Watson was a difference maker... Trevor had one good year. Looked awful vs low competition during the regular season.
@NoHaBi023 жыл бұрын
@@Liquidsteel3 Trevor definitely didn't have a better team than Watson, because Watson had Renfrow, the most reliable receiver in Clemson history; Leggett, the best receiving TE in Clemson history; Wayne Gallman, a very effective running back; Mike Williams, who was much better than any receiver Law had; Deion Cain, a very fast and elusive receiver (better than Cornell Powell), and artavis Scott, who was basically a slightly better Amari Rodgers. Trevor had Tee Higgins, who was definitely very good (not as good as Williams though); Etienne, who was basically a better Gallman; Cornell Powell, who was a backup until his senior season, and really only started because they didn't have anyone better to play his spot; Amari Rodgers, who again was just a slightly worse Artavis Scott; and Davis, a tight end that was good at blocking, but that was nowhere near as good at receiving as Leggett. Watson definitely had the better team. Trevor had one good year? He looked awful vs low competition? I question how much Clemson football you've watched. Coming from someone that has watched every Clemson game since Boyd's final season, Trevor had three good years. Is your idea that because he didn't win the national championship, he had a bad year? The same logic could be applied to Watson, but it wouldn't be true for either player. Law had three amazing years. As for how he looked against bad competition, I can point out about four games where he actually looked bad, but that's it. On top of that, Watson actually lost regular season games against bad teams with a better team than Trevor, but Trevor never lost a single regular season game against the bad competition.

@@NoHaBi02 Renfrew isn't that good.. just a guy you forget about. Guy win against a bad alabama defense... Some how becomes a generation legend.

@@NoHaBi02 Trevor was below average... an played below average vs rank 60+ defenses... look at the teams Clemson played... an what they defenses ranked... I judge him off the competition he played against during the regular season... if Tua was only Clemson team... he'd shatter every record and be leading in major categories as a QB.. Trevor isn't accurate. Dabo and ESPN,Clemson fans covered this guys ass... he in the NFL... c He can't hide behind the fan base and NFL
@NoHaBi023 жыл бұрын
@@Liquidsteel3 You really just said Renfrow isn't that good? A real Clemson fan would never forget Renfrow. How can a player that catches literally every ball that comes his way be "not that good?" I would argue he's the best receiver we've ever had. Do you have an incentive to hate Lawrence? You're pulling things out of your ass to make him seem bad, when none of it is true. That defense Law beat was one of the best Bama defenses they've ever had. If we want to talk about why Law is said to be such an amazing prospect, I can name A LOT of things Law was better at than Watson in college, but I can't name a single thing Watson was better at than Law in college. Law was better at literally everything; even scrambling, he just didn't do it as often. Watson was a great player, but prospect wise, he had MANY worries. I'm assuming you don't watch much Clemson football, because you're talking out of your ass.

Got o give it to Trevor over Watson. Never lost a regular season game as a starter . Had less interceptions than Watson . Went to the playoffs every year . Has same record against Bama as Watson with less weapons .
