Thanks for the vid! Have you tried KT tape? I thought it was pure snake oil until I used occasionally for bicep tendinitis and tennis elbow :( or possibly bpc 157 and tb 500 may help… tendon pain is a pain to try and heal from! Much love brother glad to hear it helped you out!

Yes, I've used it on and off over the years. Doesn't help for everything. I was exploring the BPC 157 until FDA banned it.
