The things is when I try to write an important detail the audio continues sharing another important detail and I get frustated. I tried with simple notes but then I dont understand what just I wrote

Focus on the main point. The supporting details from the lecture are much less important. As you can see in my sample response, I mostly focused on the basic definition of the term or concept.

There isn't an easy answer. I guess it depends on your comprehension. Pay special attention to the first couple of sentences, I guess.
