Hello sir , How can I identify or distinguish strategy 11 with strategy 12 because in strategy eleven the connector goes with the subject ,and strategy 12 it doesn't. ...

you're right. I explained i forgot to mention that it's correct. In skill 11 the connector is just a connector while in 12 it's working as both connector and a subject to the verb that directly follows it

I have a question about the last example , ((why does ""was" acte as a verb of the subject ""that" I thought it was the verb for the subject "shoes"')) Anyway thank you 😊....

that after dress defines the dress so it is belong to the connector that and the whole sentence doesn't have a verb
