It’s diff Icult but it’s easy to understand how to express it. 難しいけど表現の仕方がわかりやすいです。

First time to hear about the tip #6😱😱 tsk man
@englishhelp3 жыл бұрын
It's not super common in speech, but you'll see it in more formal writing. This is an example from the news "Food shortages can lead to large numbers of people lacking nutrition, but only RARELY DO THEY amount to famine, according to UN humanitarian criteria." Thanks for the comment!

My number one piece of advice is to read news about business and the economy in English. This will allow you to learn new vocabulary in context. In terms of practice, this is a great channel: www.youtube.com/@sayamseox Make sure to analyze mistakes, so you learn how to avoid them.

I have one question. After few, I learned countable nouns, but here I learned uncountable nouns. which is true?
@englishhelp11 ай бұрын
After "few", it should be countable nouns. If I said "countable", that was a mistake. For example, "I have little information" (information = uncountable) is correct, but if I say, "I have few information", this would be incorrect Correct: I have few + ideas/chances/cups = (countable nouns) Correct: I have little + advice/feedback/anger. However, about 80% of "uncountable" noun can be countable in some situations.

Hi, i have one doubt. Why in "Since i got the job, I have lived in Sapposo" it use the present perfect and in "Since it was extremely expensive, I did not purchase the product" it use the past simple. Where it is the "time" difference? Thank you so much!
@englishhelp3 жыл бұрын
Great question! Since related to time is totally different than "since" as "because". For example, I have been playing hockey since I was a child" = this is related to time However, "Since her DNA was the scene, she was the main suspect" = in this situation, we have to decide if it is related to time or reason .
