Why so salty about the conquers playstyle? He played exactly how he should have vs tella tubby. Props to him for learning that if he just threw out attacks you where just dodging or hyper armoring through them. He didnt win 2 rounds by not attacking lol.

Being defensive in that matchup isn't wrong, it's a safer strategy but there's no real reason to do it. He was only actually losing because he was throwing out chain lights and spamming dodge which are pointless and easily punished. Conqueror has all the tools he needs to reliably beat Shugo by being offensive and players who decide to play defensively when they're pressured a bit by a Shugoki will have one hell of a time fighting any character that can force them to open up.

I found that when your shugoki and you throw someone to the ground, the moment their right leg (left side for you) starts falling to the ground, if you start the demons embrace when it starts falling, you'll get it

You don't need to. I play berserker, pk and shinobi. Shinobi is my weakest so I'll give the example with him. I got the 2 sided light so I can get rid of hyper armor. If he attack with a light THEY ARE SUPER FRIKING SLOW so parry and bleed light, getting rid of hyper armor. For their heavies I just block. Not risking a gb. Those are the defensive/prediction strategies. My offense is pure feint heavy and letting go when he doesn't suspect it.

The only thing conquers can really do against a shugoki is, not much. Conquer can do a full block stance that leads to a chain uppercut, but most shugokis spam the whole back break thing after the unblockable. This would be counter able before the conq rework since they got rid of the full block shield bash, conq is only good against people who don’t have punches or any confusing unblockable. I’m not on the conq’s side since he obviously didn’t even know how to play conq.

Pensissimo it was boring. Toeknee had a million opportunities for a gb after the conq bashed, but he didn't. Conq's chained light attacks are easy to parry, so was the old shugoki's light attacks. Conq is top tier in duels and shugoki was D or E. That conq shouldn't have struggled so much and toeknee should have gb'd after every bash the conq did. Nothing fun. Just frustrating
