སྟོད་གཞས་དགྲ་འདུལ་གཉེན་སྐྱོང་། Toeshay Dadul Nyenkyong,

This is a light classical dance and song from western Tibet, very popular in Lhasa, the capital of Tibet. The dance is accompanied by typical Tibetan orchestras along with a Lady’s step dance. The Lyric of the song praises H.H. the Dalai Lama as protector of all living beings and eliminator of the vises by kindness, compassion, love and affection.
