I've been watching the Italian league Serie A for the past couple of seasons and your spot on Baz about not reading anything into Lindström at Napoli were he virtually never played in a team that broke the most records in falling from grace after winning the League..!! After the manager left for the Italian National Team Napoli went into freefalll, and had 3/4 different managers all with completely different styles of play and we're lucky to just about finish in the top half of the table even Osimen was terrible compared to the season before + Lindström was kept out the team by the Georgian winger (with the 20 letter name) so wasnt surprised he hardly played, his Frankfurt and Brondby stats are better to go off..!! Lindström can carry the ball really well and has pace..I watched Artur for Fiorteina last season and he was absolutely class, totally dictating games and making Fiorentina tick, I know he's 27 but when you watch him play he gets around the pitch and can split defences with his passing a player we don't have and one I'm sure would assist in creating alot more chances than any player we have at the moment in the club..!!

I wish Onana all the best for the future, I don’t think we saw the best of him, spent too much time rolling around on the floor and never really imposed himself like I think he can and should have done… but hopefully we’ll invest the money wisely..

Hope he's the last of our players we get ripped off on considering how much caicedo went for last season had no idea he was twice the player Onana was. Perception of Evertons chronic mismanagement of the last 3 years reflects onto our players unfortunately which drives down interest and the price hope there's a huge sell on fee for him. Bags of potential just doesn't fit a Dyche system will suit Villa's high press and possession style

Watched Onana in the Euros and thought he was really poor, sauntering around in the midfield and doing very little except treating the ball like a hot potato and passing it back to whoever gave it to him. Emery will need a good stock of red bull and energy bars if he want's to get his moneys worth.

He'll move on from Villa to a bigger club imo in 2-3 years. He's young, and was playing in team that had no striker for 2 years, didn't sign a decent player, points deductions, ownership issues, with some of the worst players we've had. Maradona would have looker shite in this team, btw.

@@davidhayes3237 Friedkin has lent the club working capital for the next few months + has put up the rest of the money owed to finish the BMD (£70million) then Onana money ,Premier League yearly money, TV yearly money, Season Ticket money for final season at Goodison..Were in the best financial position we've been in for over 3/4years + no PSR worries for this season due to going under threshold on June 31st..So their is money for players and news has just broken that the boss of the LA Dodgers Mike Malone a multi-billionaire (In a consortium with other Billionaires) has come back into buy the club, he was one of the 4/5 consortium's that were trying to buy the club when Friedkin got nod off Moshri well he's come back in so hopefully this one will go through as I'm sure he's aware of why Friedkin pulled out over the 777 court cases timescale and who the £200million is actually owed to

@davidhayes3237 I don't think you've been keeping up to date with Everton's money situation mate..!! We've come under the threshold of PSR for the last year (June 31st), £50million for Onana, Premier League Yearly payment for finishing position, Yearly TV money, Season Ticket money for Final Season at Goodison, Dan Friedkin although the deal has stalled/collapsed (He did the same when buying Roma pulled out of the deal then came back in after 2 months to buy Roma, so could be a bargaining process) has lent the club the money to finish the Stadium build (roughly £70million) also lent the club working capital for bills and players wages which he hasn't put any immediate timeframe on over repayment and has also said he will continue to lend Everton money in the future, the club are in the most stable position they've been in for over 3/4years due to adults running the finances not kids in sweet-shops so their is money to buy players and because of the BS PSR rules clubs are working with each other to make deals happen rather than against each other like in the past , so payments are being structured over a number of years rather than monies paid in a lump sum..!! PS The boss of the LA Dodgers Mike Malone a multi Billionaire backed with a consortium of other Billionaire's have tabled a bid to buy Everton now the exclusivity deal with Dan Friedkin is over, they tabled bid with 4/5 others when Moshri gave the go ahead to Friedkin well he's obviously not been put off to come back in straight away..!!

@@davidhayes3237; because we buy on the drip, too. Everyone does. We have the guarantee of a regular payment from Villa some of which will be used for our payments for new signings. I think Onana now has a 5 year contract so the fee on Villa's accounts will appear annually, divided by five. Chelsea got around the FFP rules on overspending by offering 7 or 8 year contracts!
