I still can’t figure out how he does it, they’re so detailed, and I bet it hurts to handle the hot sugar. It’s sad that it’s a dying art, I could not eat mine.

They used to have the Tofu Festival in a parking lot in Little Tokyo, but instead they put up some apartments nobody can afford to live in, so no more Tofu Festival. Boo!!

Later we learn that the tofu festival is no more, because the land that hosted it has been sold. It's hard to believe that someone doesn't have an acre or so for this tasty event a couple of days each year.
