Your Firebird model reminds me of when I was a senior in college and was financially squeaking by on my own because my Mom was as poor as Job's turkey. I told her I wanted a baby blue Mustang, knowing full well she wasn't able to buy one. I was many miles from home however she sent be a box and when I opened it it was a 1965 baby blue Mustany model.

I love that you are from Alabama and you give this Virginian an opportunity to meet your very lovely, hard-working and inspiring family. Mary Carl is one awesome young woman with impressive study skills, and her Mom and Dad are just as awesome. I wish i lived on a farm. All i can grow on my half-acre rural suburban plot crop-wise is a few blueberries, raspberries and veggies/herbs in pots. The only animal here is my dog. She's a whippet and keeps the rabbits away. Thank you for sharing your wonderful family with us. Love this channel.

I’ve been a birder since my early 20s,had some great adventures, but more important I’ve met the nicest people…joining a good birder group is a lot of fun sharing information.Something she can do her whole life. Having a list of birds one wants to see and finally seeing them is so awesome..birders are the best people who want to see every one succeed.

I just love y'all as parents. In a lot of ways I am like your daughter except our family wasn't a good family. The way you love her and encourage her and support her and the things you've done to keep her safe must make a lot of other people than just me emotional. I didn't know families like y'all's existed before the internet brought more people to our vision. We sadly believed other families were like ours. It's healing to me to see the love y'all have. Thanks y'all, and be good. (I know your are. You're just good people.)

Brooke my Mom had goats and 1 cow. So speaking of seperating the cream from the milk, she had a system. After she strained the milk Twice through cheese cloth, she would let the milk set. She always had glass gallon jugs. Once it settled there was so much cream on top. I had just learned howto make butter. So i taught her how. She of course was amazed. After trial and error, with my Father being the error 😂😂 he wouldn't eatit because it wasn't yellow. So we started putting yellow food coloring in it till we got the right color. Long and short he loved it 😂😂. But my Mom used a turkey baster to syphon the cream off the milk. Which of course you couldn't get 100% off so there was always some cream in the milk. When they drank it they would just shake up the milk snd pour their glass. My little 2 brothers and 1 sister grew up drinking fresh cows milk. And Mom used to sell it to the kady diwn the street who had like 9 kids. She told Mom they drank a gallon if milk at each meal, 3 gallons aday. So was so excited when Mom was able to sell Brownie's milk. If course my Mom had to have both the cow milkvand goat milk test before she could sell it. I can't remember the woman's name hut she bought 3 gallons a day from Mom. And she was able to make at least 3 to 4, maybe more, pounds of butter. It think she was a little upset when Mom started making their own butter 😂😂😂. I was a married woman at this time and to tell you the truth i don't remember the taste of the cows milk. I just remember i didn't care for it. As you mentioned its the physics that took over. But my newborn daugter just loved the goats milk. We eventually found out why she wouldn't drink the formula, as i couldnt nurse, but she became real colicy so bad. But my Mom mentioned sbout the goats milk and what a difference that made for my baby. I'm so happy you were able to help your friend with the freeze drying of the goats milk. But if there is a good amount of cream on top after you strain the milj snd it sets, try using a turkey baster and gently start drawing iff the veryy top and little at a time. You won't be able to 100% of it but i'm sure you could do it. I had that memory as i was watching your live. Keep up the amazing work, y'all are so amazing. Jason so glad to hear you got rid if those crazy bugs. .. have a blessed evening. So happy for Mary Carl, she is such a wonderful young lady , just like her momma and daddy 😅❤. 🧑🦳🌵🏜️🙏🥵 We are dieing out here!!!!🥵🥵🥵

If you get the big plastic ice cube trays to freeze the goats milk in, they will actually weigh out to be 1 ounce each cube. Makes is easier to freeze, store in ziplock bags, then if you have a recipe that calls for x amount of ounces goatmilk you just pull out that many cubes, from the freezer, and thaw it, then cook your item.
