Just let me give you a feedback. The customer ID feature you mentioned is hard to remember as the shopkeeper may not remember the customer ID for each of his/her regular customers, but most of them he may know by their name. So my suggestion is maybe alongside customer ID Customer name can also be used just like contacts in our mobile phone. The shopkeeper can type the initials of the customer name and the system will show all the records where both the name, customer ID and ph no will be shown for those letters and then he can chose the name from the list. Just got to know about this from Shark Tank, I promise if in future I start some small business, I'm gonna use this, but currently no-one in my family is in business so sorry but hope my feedback will be helpful.
