Hi thanks for your comment!! It pushes it along ok until you add 2 people and 3 people it won’t plane so unfortunately it’s no use to me I regularly take out 4.

I'm curious about your statement that a 20HP Tohatsu is the same 37kg as the 9.8 I may be wrong and if this is the case I would be disappointed in the choice of motor for then 330 pro i fly. I do enjoy your content but to me an Xtra 6 KG is a big difference in weight although I do stress that I may be missing something in the Tohatsu specs

@@ryanferris7841 No problem as I said it may have been a mistake on my behalf otherwise I could lift a 20 HP therefore hyperdrive would have been an option.

the 9.8hp is 81lbs, the 9.9hp is 94lbs, which is probably the same as the 20 hp (short shaft)

Hello Ryan, are them blue wheels you got a good job I noticed when you where on the boat I didn't see them sitting up beside the engine would you recommend them? Are you aware of the beach master wheels and would they work with a t38? Thanks again

Them blue wheels I have are terrible lol awkward to operate plus they get in the way off the outboard I have a nasty mark on my outboard because of them, however I am getting use to them now! The beech master wheels do t work on a t38 because they don’t have enough clearance, which is unfortunate because they are great.

I have a 3.8 meter Zodiac. Yours wentt will with the 9.8hp. im surprised . I havnt had mine in the water yet. Looking forward to its. Mine is a soft bottom. Is yours a sib? I hab a bad back and im worried about the vibrations. Are SIBs worse than RIBs in the chop?

Air keel/floors are definitely alot bouncer in the chop because they are very light plus the inflatable floor acts like a trampoline 😅

@@ryanferris7841 I know! The 20hp Mariner version is in the boot of my car here along with a T38. Just off the ferry from collecting it of a nice guy in England. Maiden voyage maybe today lol.

@@zxgeorger I would live a 20h however I’ve just bought a brand new 9.9 Yamaha there at the weekend lol i couldn’t resist it
