The reason why they do this, it is because they want these units to be actually worth the amount people want it for, every new unit ( specially the ones that get special treatment ) have to become meta, because they HAVE to be worth the amount they put on sale.

For starters titan clock man can go light speed like what he did to counter titan. Next he has a powerful time stop. Then he has a powerful sword that was able to Peirce counter titan. Now for the real factors. He can reverse the mind of dragon titan drill. Next he can resist the attacks of dragon drill. He can also survive sinister titans super time stop in a few moments. He can also remake titan drill man with reverse time stop. So he can remake All of his comrades in a few moments with now casual tees. Other factors include Speed,weapon,armory and etc. thanks for seeing

Drill dragons punches are strong, But INSANELY strong when charged. (he charged the punch when he hit 01 through the walls) But not only, Counter humbled the Drill titan in a special ep. + CT can regenerate, + UTCM can make shields, Stop time. Regenerate, and use a teleport (3 uses) + a insanely strong meele fighter, and UTCM is leagues above the titans.

Dom comfirmed that even in true form Titan Drill Man cannot defeat Counter Titan , but UTCLM can , also UTCLM has a special ability , since Dom said this in one of Fame YT old edits . UTCLM is way stronger than UTDM even if he uses his true form .

He can stop dragon but that doesn't mean he is more powerful than the dragon. It's not like both of them are fighting. There's nobody to calm that dragon down so the dragon should deal more damage. In a fight Utclm would win. In terms of strength and raw power dragon boi wins. Also he can survive sinisters time stop is because he is a clock. Also we don't take durability into account here only strength

at 4:58 i mean in the special episode the counter did kill base upgraded titan drill and in ep 40 titan clock was able to pretty much control/manipulate any titan he wanted which he did with the drill dragon who was very aggressive both ultimates are very strong

But il ljust say that it is dragon frill man which is ALSO not even close. Comparing 01 to counter is insane. counter out everything's 01 for example: Counter has every titan's weapon along with there side one's to like the lil uttvm head lassers. Dragon drill has nothing compared to clock man, the guy legit just told him to stop raging and he did. He can boost himself, stop time, and has weapons that out scale dd's weapons.
