Small clarification on what Jogo was saying. Even though Sukuna can heal people with Reverse Cursed Technique (like Shoko and Gojo), he can't undo Mahito's soul idle trransfiguration. So back when Junpei got morphed, Sukuna couldn't use "healing Junpei" as leverage in a pact, because he literally wouldn't be able to reverse the idle transfiguration. And it's been established in the JJK world that breaking a pact basically brings heavy consequences regardless of how strong you are. But since Sukuna has control now, maybe he can take one of Itadori's friends hostage and make a pact, that's what Jogo was suggesting, but Sukuna already made that pact with Itadori back in S1 that no one else is currently aware of, lol. This episode was crazy!
