I think he forgot the reaction speed of each person compared to tojin. Tojin can feel stuff he can’t see, so his 6th sense is also elevated. Tojin was able to react to the sure hit attack in a domain expansion and even over come the opponent.

We have to take into account the fact that the toji who fought gojo was weaker than usual because he had took a LONG break from mercenary work, (he states twice that he’s rusty) and the toji that was in shibuya was essentially the strongest version of toji we see due to the fact that when the grandma summoned him she used his “toji zen-in” name which was what he he went by before meeting megumi’s mother in his prime, and in the seance that the grandma used saying the name of someone at their peak is necessary to bring them back in their peak.

Jjk 0 Gojo easily stronger than a awakened teen Gojo. Like far stronger, he spent a year perfecting his techniques and was still mastering domain after that. I think Gojo was in his prime in the present manga. But Toji loses either way to that awakened Gojo even if you think he puts up a “better fight” in his prime.

i think the two biggest factors you didn’t take into affect are their abilities of regeneration and reading air currents to predict attacks. I know some people might think “what regeneration?” well during her fight with Naoya she got hit with an attack going mak 3 and all she needed was five minutes to heal granted she didn’t get the time cause kamo sucks but she did heal quite a bit in the time he gave her.

Scaling Toji’s speed is relatively easy by looking at Naobito. Naobito’s cursed technique is that he can set 24-frames and then do all of the actions in said frames in 1 second and yes Naobito is able to react to his own movements. And we see that Toji is faster than him. Another way is that in the manga MANGA SPOILERS Curse Naoya is theorised to able to move at 2300mph and Maki is able to speed blits him completely and with Toji seemingly being faster than Maki we can assume he atleast faster than 2300mph. I also think just giving Toji a normal Nichirin is unfair. Cursed tools are one of Toji’s greatest assets and to take them all away and not just making his tools made of nichirin is kinda unfair. In the anime it’s shown that Toji is fast enough to jumpscare Dagon after Dagon blinks. Toji’s iq and biq are not to be underestimated either. He’s shown to be able to send Dagon ( who is like 6’3 6’4 and weighs like 240 pounds I couldn’t find exact measurements) flying with a single hit. The split-soul katana would also work as the demons in demon slayer have souls( this is shown by them being able to go to hell) and this would make them able to be killed by the split-soul katana as it can bi-pass healing Overall Toji would absolutely clear all of demon slayer by himself and I doubt it’d be a challenge for him. I love your videos and they usually are completely true but you really missed the mark on this one for me.

One note I have for the speed section for Toji that I feel was unfair is that the the top tiers of the JJK verse are not hypersonic+. Characters such as Kashimo directly use lightning based attacks and Hikari is able to react (not dodge) to said attack and provide counrer measures to stay alive. This means that characters thay scale to them (awakened maki, FP Yuta, Yuki, Kenjaku etc) should all also scale relatively to this. Depending on how you scale Toji, the majority of the community can range from "Toji can put up a good fight against these top tiers" to "Toji wins against these top tiers" so take from this what you will. Just wanted to say, even aside from Sukuna and Gojo, there are massively hypersonic characters in JJK.

He knows that but when he says they are hypersonic+ he means how quickly they can move, not how quickly they can react. Speed and reaction time are not the same thing. Reacting to an attack to put up a defense does not need you to be anywhere close to as fast as the attack. For example, in real life professional baseball players regularly throw balls at over 90mph and the batters can react to that and hit the ball but, given that the fastest ever recorded dash from a human was approximately 23mph, they are nowhere near as fast as what they reacted to.

@@mkfunney538 he might not have the speed but he has the instincts, slight regeneration, senses, resilience (he can take severe punished and even died standing) and reflexes to compensate, keep in mind this man is not supposed to even see cursed spirits yet his senses alone allow him to perceive it, and if it needs be his body can react instinctively without conscious input from him like it did in Shibuya and how it tried to warn him about Gojo, and about his spirit along side his fly heads he stores inside his body, being invisible to the demons due to being curses so he has plenty and quick access to his arsenal , soul splitter and inverted spear ignore durability so that would be an easy fix specially the inverted spear of heaven shutting down whatever regeneration and demon art they have, if they are in character they're personalities and his tactical mind it will give Toji the edge he needs, at least in a one v one gauntlet scenario, as a group the demons stand a chance, one v one not so much And if this happens in the demon slayer universe you could make the argument that if pushed Toji could awaken the demon slayer mark The major threat's are upper 5, Muzan and Upper 6 who with hacks have a chance of beating Toji Edit: Grammar I don't speak well English

Just gonna put this out: the mach 3 statement is _extremely_ contentious in the JJK scaling community, since a _hilariously_ weaker and slower Maki was able to catch a bullet that was, at the time, somewhere around _point-blank range from her._ This was calced to be _substantially_ faster than mach 3 (I think it was something like mach 27, but I don't recall exactly), so similarly to Frieza hyping up planet busting in the Tournament of Power, it's mostly just considered an outlier statement.

That scaling only works if she only started reacting the very moment the bullet was fired, but she is so skilled in combat and has such fast reactions that she definitely reacted to the person moving their finger to fire the gun which makes her actual speed substantially slower

I think Toji/Maki could do better than Nick thinks when you factor in the personality of everybody. Because most of the demons are like typical villians and underestimate they opponent not going out literally playing wit they food this could allow Toji/Maki to grab some kills they otherwise wouldnt have. Especially for Maki she don't play around once she get the chance you are dead. I do agree that once you get to a certain point the upper demons are just to fast and strong even without their demon blood arcs.

There is not a single implication of the series that gyutaros poison is instant death. Toji can also heal his organs. He scales far above gyutaro so he'd kill him before the poison becomes vital. And the fact toji can regurgitate things right from his stomach would mean he has experience dealing with things in his body. Ur assuming toji is a normal human vs douma. No human in real life can even perform the physical feats Maki before her awakening does. Yuji is stronger than that and toji is far above that. It wouldn't be a stretch to assume toji has enhanced lungs as well.

The interpretation of the kimetsu verse as hypersonic has always seemed very inconsistent to me. We have the hashiras being hit by attacks at the speed of sound. Tanjiro, who had been able to dodge lightning in the Blacksmith Village saga at the end of this one, doing an imitation of thunder breath makes a sonic boom, something he couldn't do before (he is also seen being clearly slower than sound waves). Top tiers like the rock hashira, have to use sonic as a method to detect their opponent. Yorriichi in his fight against Muzan listening to the sound behind him. Akaza's power is based on generating shock waves (sonic booms) to damage his opponent, we do not see the rest of the characters generate shock waves (except characters like kokushibo or muzan). among other examples. I also say that the interpretation that the drum demon's attacks move at the speed of sound seems wrong to me. Tanjiro says that the movement of the room and the cuts is very fast. But it is never shown to be as fast as the sound, in fact the symbol of the drum sound is always shown and then the attack or the turn of the room

Idk man you’re already wrong about the drum demons speed of attack those slashes literally appear after the sound of the drum which means they’re slower than sound and by watching the scene they’re much slower than sound. On top of that you did note how intelligent Maki and Toji are but you still underestimate it. There’s no way they would just Daki to hit them, they would maneuver and try to outsmart her and her brother. Also Toji and Maki’s reaction speeds have been shown to be better than their physical speeds as Maki was able to eventually dodge Naoya once she calmed down.

For those who say that Toji wins against the Upper Moons, read this Toji with the Spilt Soul Katana is OP as hell and yes no doubt if he has it, he will be able to cut through all of the Upper Moons however it won't be able kill them The Split Soul Katana isn't made of crimson iron ore which is what Nichirin Weapons are made of and the ore absorbs sunlight which is why it can kill demons. Even if Toji gets a Nichirin Sword with the design of the Split Soul Katana it won't be imbued with the cursed technique that allows it to ignore all forms of durability since the demon Slayer world doesn't have cursed energy or cursed techniques Same with the Inverted Spear of Heaven; key note it nullifies CURSED TECHNIQUES, and Demons don't use cursed techniques they use Blood Demon Arts which are essentially blood magic and are used by the users blood. Demons don't imbue their techniques with cursed energy, everything from Domas ice, Kaigakus lightning, Nezukos flames and Kokushibos crescent shaped moon blades are made from their blood and flesh The Upper Moons are also much faster than lightning reaching above mach 364 while Toji's speed is hypersonic which is Mach 5 so that's a MASSIVE difference in terms of speed. And the Upper Moon's strength is beyond Toji's Heavenly Restriction, Akaza is capable of creating craters with a single strike and sending the Water Hashira flying with a single strike causing massive damage to the rooms. Akaza was able to easily decapitate Doma's head with a swing and Doma possesses durability so powerful that even when poisoned by Shinobi while he entire body was melting, it still wouldn't be cut. ngl this video is a whole ass pull, toji's and maki's best feats are. keeping up with something mach 3, being strong enough to one shot everyone they come in contact with on the first encounter and having deadpool regen. in demon slayer nothing goes mach 1 or even have a demon art that would mess with him other than akaza but other than that. toji literally i built kill everything from pure strength and speed alone and not even talking about the soul split katana because that's straight unfair, it would affectively cause the demon to not be able to heal properly if at all. and if you gave him genya's kithe will have it done at the same speed as yorichii because hes literally probably as strong and fast but by far more durable due to maki healing organ damage in seconds wolverine style. and demons can onky be killed by the sun and anything that would naturally kill them. like for instance the moment he learns that the sun hurts them. hes gonna literally out iq everyone because he almost knew about the full capabilities of limitless dispite NOT being a sorcerer. he will body at least upper 4, 5 and 6 and probably get close with akaza due to compass needle but he'd probably shoot at him tbh and be like why can't he block these bullets but can block these hands until he figures it out unless toji is confident from the get go then he just won't be sensed since stealth counters akaza. then he bodies doma from his cocky ass behavior then he has a real duel with kokoshibo then bodies muzan like yorichii. its fine to think that he stands no chance if he fights with no breathes, but im pretty sure his raw speed and strength could blitz most of the verse without a breathing style. plus demons heal slower than toji, like not by much but enough to make it obvious. like he aint regenerating a limb or some shit like that but he would be able to regen a new organ, survive being regoku'd and he'd able able to respond fast enough to protect his shit.

The argument is, the drum demons attack wasnt traveling at speed of sound. Tanjiro can hear the sound of a drum first before it lands a slash, if it travels at the speed of sound, tanjiro would get slash the same time he hears the sound. The same case as tengen vs gyutaro, tengen was able to hear the vibration on the air first before gyutaro's attack meaning gyutaro's slashes wasnt traveling at the speed of sound, gyomei relays on his sense of hearing, if kokushibo could travel faster the speed of sound casually, he could neg diff gyomei. So by that logic most of the characters on demon slayer couldnt move at the speed of sound.

Think about it like this: all the upper moons had to be defeated by human characters that are around the same league as Toji and Maki. Even the top three had to be killed off basically on their own accord. Cause all the damage they had gotten was being regenerated and they were close to evolving beyond their original levels. Even Muzan spent 2 hours fighting off people of Maki and Toji levels and only lost because two characters made very specific drugs to counter his abilities. Even if he wasn’t weakened like that, both him and Kokushibo have fought and survived against Yoriichi. Toji won his first match against Gojo because he came up with a very elaborated plan to tire him out and he had specific tools that countered his abilities. Maki went toe to toe with Sukuna with Megumi’s body because Megumi was holding him back enough so that he couldn’t use his cursed technique. That’s not taking in to account of Akaza and his ability to see a fighter’s movements and predict them or how Doma can just freeze the entire battle field in a matter of seconds or even make a clone of himself that is just as strong as he is.

I'm quite literally the heaviest jjk fan there is. AND YA'LL OVERESTIMATE jjk like we know Toji is really fast, but upper ranks are fast af too. Kokushibo was so fast it barely looked like he moved an inch during the meeting. And we know Kokushibo is extremely skilled, and wasn't even giving it his all during the fight with the strongest hashiras. Not even the disaster curses would be able to defeat Kokushibo, and that's a straight up fact.

ppl be underestimating the Upper moons. Before toxic jjk fans get on my tail, pls shut up and listen advantages that upper moons have 1. unlimited stamina so getting tired rlly isnt an option for them 2. they are crazy fast. considering Daki(whos not even technically an upper moon) was able to keep up with zenitsu(faster than lightning by the way) and the upper moons in ascending order EASILY BEAT EACH OTHER IN SPEED. my conclusion is they are all massively hypersonic and can more or less keep up with the powerhouses of jjk in terms of speed. 3. they can spam their powers since limitless stamina means no overuse of powers and can keep fighting forever(domas demon art is ESPECIALLY lethal to humans while akazas blood demon art is like the perfect counter to yuji) NOTE: I KNOW WHAT SOME PPL WILL SAY AND THAT THE JJK SORCERERS ARE STILL HUMAN with increased physical specs and some hax 4. unless your weapon is solar-related or the SUN itself, they WILL NOT DIE. hell their regeneration is near instantaneous.

From being into both these anime’s I think personally Toji could easily handle everyone up to the top 4 just because of regeneration factors maki as much as I love her I can see her hanging with the first few five but I’d put her around the main characters level in the actual show just because of her regeneration abilities are superhuman abilities one think I’ll say is Maki is going to ended up stronger then toji if gege doesn’t kill her off so we just gotta wait and see he writes female characters pretty well besides the fact he likes killing everyone so I’d say this comparison would need more research into all combatants

Toji is actually Massively Hypersonic+ since he scales way past hakari who has a feat of Mach 4760.05830904 in his fight with kashimo, the mach 3 feat with maki was added because the word "mach" sounds cool. Sukuna also dodges a point blank light speed attack from kashimo. Although sukuna is faster than toji, toji would scale somewhere between Mach 4760- light speed

I think it would be pretty interesting the idea that both of them would fight against the former half of the 12 in base forms and somewhere between rank 6 and 5 they would start mastering breathing techniques using the stacking effect of various styles to overpower, outspeed, and out-agility any of the upper moons.

I personally think you've missed on this one. Even with just a normal katana Toji just outscales them in speed because is maki can keep up with sukuna which scales in speed next to kashimo which can send lightning and electromagnetic waves, then Toji just speed blitzes all of them.

Maki kept up with a 15 finger sukuna briefly who was having his curse energy output restricted by 90%. Maki doesn't scale to current sukuna that is why she was not in the battle alongside gojo who said not to enter unless Sukuna became weaker than them 🫠 Btw Maki was then outsped by uraume who is around Hakari's speed who can very rarely move ever so slightly before inevitably being hit by base Kashimo lmao

I definitely think the bottom 3 Upper Moons would lose to Toji and Maki as their abilities would far outway the demon's speed. Toji would likely stop at Hantengu or Kaigaku depending on how you scale them. Personally I scale the important moons as Rui, Ubume, Enmu, Daki, Daki & Gyutaro, Gyokko, Nakime, Kaigaku, Hantengu/or/Gyutaro, Akaza, Douma, Kokoushibo, Muzan

i think the sound from the drum first tanjiro bearly dodges it and it takes time for it to get there he isnt fighting right beside him so tanjiro is slower then actually mach 1 by that fight he isnt shown to be vastly faster and most of his power increase is in power and not speed he does get faster but by an unknown amount as characters later in the series gets tagged by bullets bullets are not like mach 50 when muzan split to escape yorrichi (i believe it was 3000 pieces) yorrichi cut about 1500 while yes it cought him by suprice so lets say he could cut all 3000 if he could and lets say it was in 1 second that would be about 3000/sec if the avrage distance per cut was 10m that would be 30 000m/s(meters per second) speed of sound is 343 m/s mach 1 is just the speed of sound that would make yorrichi less then mach 90 (87,46) that would make him High Hypersonic+ and none of the upper moons would be faster then this the 10k fish projectiles first not all would hit 2nd would not need to move and 3rd could block multiple this would not be faster then the previous one which i gave leeway so again this would be slower then the last one the lightning well i dont know could be not real lightning or it could be even if it is lightning speed vary alot one number i saw would be around mach 350 but the lightning moves way faster than the characters speed also this lightning seems to move a bit slow compared to the sound attack i guess the higher scale would be around mach 500 for demon slayer lower scales would be lower then the mach 90 i wrote being a few times faster then bullets so lets say around mach 10 also i dont really care for any of them i just disagree with the speed given in it
