I'm an evil commie liberal and even I like this gun. :) But how many rounds have you put through yours so far? I have only about 80 rounds through mine but so far zero issues with birdshot, 00 and #4 buckshot, as well as slugs. The only issue I had was magazine related as it does not work well with the ProMag polymer magazines due to them having a slightly different feed angle. As it's been very reliable, this replaced my AR-15 SBR for home defense as I can shoot it almost as fast as my AR when practicing target transition drills. The only thing I don't like is that the feed ramp and rails are polymer. So I mounted a lighter pistol flashlight on mine and don't use a vertical foregrip as I'm pretty sure the strain from the recoil on that bottom rail would cause it to break. So instead I put rubbery picatinny covers on that bottom rail. I also put a red dot on mine but just hope that the top rail holds up.

About 60-70 rounds so far. Mostly buck/bird/00, I’ve never shot slugs through mine. Did you have to mod anything to shoot slugs?

@@MyHumveeMathilda Right on. Nope, didn't do any modification to mine.

@@MyHumveeMathilda BTW, I also own the Tokarev Titan semi-auto shotgun and that one also has been very reliable other than with Rio #4 buckshot which it doesn't seem to like for some reason. But Rio buckshot is also junk ammo. I had one of those rounds fall apart spilling all the shot and gunpowder inside my TBP12. Rio #4 buckshot also kicks like a 3" magnum shell. But aside from that ammo, I've shot 170 rounds through that with no issues. But for home defense I like the compact nature of the TBP12 as my house has tight doorways and hallways. Plus I can hold the TBP12 against my shoulder with one hand which allows me to open doors with my support hand while still keeping the shotgun pointed towards danger areas.
