Years of practicing kaans songs I've learned that for me it got easier and easier to rap longer and longer on smaller breaths tightening my diagram and spit for awhile. Plus there are moment of natural rapid pause between one word line and the next at some spots in rap I can secretly inhale without disturbing the songs pace or flow or be noticeable visually to allow me to keep going longer than you think since it seems I only took one breathe so far but may have taken 3 or 4. Can't say it's what kaan or others do but it's a thing

Its only because of the fact that literally every White rapper to emerge the past two decades , literally every single one, has grown up listening to Eminem. Shit a lot of new black rappers grew up on him, of course all the white rappers influenced by Em. Look at , Webby, Asher Roth, Macklemore, Mac Miller , Logic, etc , they all grew up listening to Em. Without Em , a lot of them wouldnt have even pursued rap or developed a passion for it at all. So as a result of that , Of course that influence is going to be shown in most of their work. Its only natural. Foreal, Even this song. Eminem had a line , "You want an intimate date , I want to intimidate." Token: "We are not intimate , we are not dating , I am just too intimidating." Like see ,, and there is nothing wrong with it ,, I bet half of the time , the newer rapper doesnt even mean to do it ,, its probably done subconsciously ,, but thats just how it is. The fact that Eminem was on the radio around the time Token was born, and Em is still popular to this day , never fell off ar any point, thats 20+ yrs of EMs discography put out , 20 yrs of lyrics and content. It serves as a blueprint for all white rappers , since I mean they cant really bite any rappers who talk about hood facts , street game, and repeat the N word two hundred times throughout a song. So who else they gonna look to? Em top 5 , period. For him to be White , and be that successful, for that long of time , you would be dumb not to study his lyrics and style , and incorporate it into your craft , if you were white and pursuing rap as a career. Thats regardless if you were a fan or not. How is the best way to learn how to cross people up on the bball court, you watch videos of Iverson, MJ , Kobe , etc. How do you get better at videogames ? That's an extremely weak punchline. I like token, but you guys are overhyping him wayy too much. I literally haven't heard one impressive punchline from him. Spitting a bunch of multi-syllables with no punches is the equavalent to doing 30 dribble moves and missing a layup. Most of these guys you claim are "lyrical geniuses" are just trying to cover up their bullshit lyricism with fast multi-syllables rhyme schemes. Multi-syllable rhyme construction is literally the easiest and quickest skill in hip hop to master. In the past it was more difficult, but now with the online thesaurus it is practically effortless. It's the reason why there's so many rappers who can do it. Guys like Locksmith and Royce da 59 do the multi-syllable rapping the right way. They actually have punchlines and clever writing.
