One of the first videos of the Raptor I've seen where the look is actually great. the Tokina's are also dreamy of course!

The raptor has way too much resolution and details, without proper smooth lenses like these or any filter, it just looks bad, to my opinion of course. Also I see too many people using red cameras with canon stills lenses.

Looks so beautiful!! I actually saw today Venice 2 footage with Zeiss compact zoom and this tops it (though the editing does matter too to be honest). One thing that seemed weird to me with RED files is that when I watch it in Resolve it doesn't look like a regular log file, it has strange colors. Maybe I need to first decode it in RedCine-Pro?

Is it just me or are the less traditional lenses in the vista prime set the best. If I built my own I honestly think I'd go 21,29,40,65... Something about them just is far more interesting then the 25,35,50,85. Maybe im mad though.

They look like beautiful lenses. I really liked the lens flare. Thanks for doing this. On a side note... all those helmets and suits of armor makes me think that workshop belongs to a member of the Society for Creative Anachronism. Your workshop Phil? :-)
