Tell me who wasn't emo, didn't want to be emo or etc. Their songs back then weren't super insane but very popular and honestly decently creative. I have to admit that I didn't know them. I remember that back in the days my Aunt in Germany told me about what I remember as "Something, something Tokio Hotel" and I thought 'What a stupid name for a band'. Then I listened to 'Monsoon', found it OK and forgot about that. When this Netflix Show started I thought it was them looking back from retirement. Anyway, I was hooked and binged the whole thing within a couple of days. They are very charming and especially Bill gave me the laughs that were very much needed in recent, depressing days. I think they are really very special since they always manage to bring a smile on my face.
