Great product! However, the tutorial video was hard to follow, so I decided to simplify it for others. At first, I found it challenging to figure out how the product works, but once I got the hang of it, it became super easy! Here’s a quick guide: 1. Open the product and unlock the three locks. 2. Keep the top two locks (the camera holder and the light holder) unlocked. 3. The only lock you need to secure is the side one that looks like a circle-just rotate it to the left to lock it. 4. With the top locks unlocked, your stick and base will start moving freely. 5. Attach your phone. (You may notice your phone moving at first because of its weight and the unlocked top.) 6. Turn the stick on. 7. The product will automatically stabilize your phone in a fixed position. Now you’re all set-enjoy your gimbal! 😊

Needs more instruction-- half of the features look great, but where are the instructions to use them? The short tutorials are too general and don't address the details....

Try removing the protection cover of your phone, not the phone cover itself. It did worked on mine (BTW; I'm using Vivo V40 Pro and TNW M01. Hoping it will work to you too.

Mine was doing that but I fixed it by unlock and of the gimbal locks. Mine was locked at the top but once I unlocked everything it stopped.

@@boyetb5322Hi! Thank you. I remove my phone case and still the same. I always make sure that the phone is leveled correctly before turnong the gimbal on. I still have the issue where it vibrates when in portrait mode.

@@GirlzTalkGame I unlocked the everything excepts the one near the holder. Still the same. I hope they have a support team to resolve some issues
